Volker Pruschke has years of experience as Chairman / CEO and as a consultant to small businesses and corporations as well as interim management. His expertise lies in the support of C-level tasks, operational restructuring / transformations - especially after acquisitions / carve-outs - corporate finance, sales / marketing, internationalization, as well as strategy development and implementation.
His professional career began after studying business administration at the University of Cologne and the Ecole HEC Paris in 1987 as a consultant with AT Kearney and 1991 as Project Manager M & A at Bank Julius Baer.
From 1992-2007 he has been working at Robert Bosch GmbH in various international management tasks, including Project Leader Strategy / M & A, Director Sales Europe Power Tools Division, Director Bosch France, Managing Director Lawn & Garden Division, as well as member of the Supervisory Board of BSH Group.
In 2007 he was appointed to the Board of Management of Villeroy & Boch AG, responsible for the Wellness Division, Americas region Bath&Wellness, Strategy/ M & A, Innovation Management, Corporate Purchasing. After Villeroy & Boch, he supported theGlobal Garden Products Group in Castelfranco / Italy as Group Vice President in its restructuring activities.
Since 2013 Volker Pruschke was a Partner at Atreus Interim Management, supporting customers predominantly in consumer goods industries, automotive, mechanical engineering, construction, and private equity.

Jan Stenger has over 17 years experience in growth and transformation projects for technology-oriented companies and for the private equity industry. He has particularly deep expertise in High Tech (Internet / Cloud, IT, Telecommunications, Clean Tech) and digital agendas. As former founder and CEO of a medium-sized Software and Internet company, as well as Chairman of smart grid company Kiwigrid GmbH, he has gained extensive medium enterprise experience as well as large enterprise experience at Deutsche Telekom / T-Systems Group.
After graduating as an industrial engineer at the University of Paderborn and studies at Clausthal University of Technology, Technical University Riga and London Business School, Jan Stenger began his professional career in 1998 at Roland Berger. As a senior consultant at Roland Berger and later as Principal at AT Kearney he supported European, American and Asian technology and private equity firms in transformation projects, sales programs and cost optimization - from implementation-oriented operations to cloud strategy topics - and developed High Tech business and teams.
As a Consultant he gained experience with personnel services in IT and Interim Management. He is member of the Advisory Board of Univativ GmbH (market leader in providing young IT professionals, PMOs and experts) and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Kiwigrid GmbH (Smart Grid Technology).

In the past 10 years Ulrich Spandau has developed significantly the professionalization of the interim management industry in Germany. First as a member of the Executive Board ofBRAINFORCE Germany GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Swiss interim management pioneer BRAINFORCE AG, subsequently at Boyden Interim Management in Munich. Most recently he has been working as managing partner of the interim management providerAtreus GmbH.
Ulrich Spandau has strong C-level expertise in consulting, project management and international operational HR management at E.ON AG, Walter Bau AG and TÜV SÜD AG

Udo Eberlein is an experienced international Executive and Entrepreneur.
His main expertise is in Sales/Marketing, Strategy Development and especially in scaling technology businesses globally. He focuses mainly on the digital media, Internet of Things (IoT), Consumer Internet, software, lighting (connected lighting), mobile and e-commerce sectors.
His professional experience has been international for the last 25 years:
From 2001 to 2010 he was responsible in different functions, including COO and CEO from 2005 to 2010, for building Nero AG, a software developer in Germany, into a global business and consumer brand. After leaving Nero he became CEO at GridIron Software in Canada, followed by taking on the role as Chief Revenue Officer at an IoT Platform company in California.
As Digital Business Consultant Udo Eberlein has been involved in different companies since 2010. His advisory roles span Viewdle (Motorola), ProSiebenSat1 Media AG, Crosscan GmbH, Butterfly App to name a few.
He has been active in Germany, UK, Spain, Malaysia and in the USA (Silicon Valley and Los Angeles)
Udo Eberlein is focusing on bringing Silicon Valley ideas and best practices to Germany and to assist German companies in their endeavor to gain traction in the San Francisco bay area, where he leads AUCKLAND PARTNERS' office. He is a Digital Business guest speaker at different events such as Digital Hollywood, Consumer Electronics Show Las Vegas (CES), Connections San Francisco and for the German Silicon Valley Week.
Udo Eberlein received his MA in Logistics and Business Administration at the German Academy of Business in 1996 as well as further Executive Education at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
